Jobs Projections Still Off … Go Figure

Upon news that the nation’s unemployment rate has now climbed to 10.2 percent, the Heritage Foundation has updated its graph comparing the actual unemployment numbers with the projected unemployment numbers originally forecasted by the White House:

These failed projections aren’t likely to convince the Obama administration to change course. They’ll probably just find a way to use the bad news as an excuse to continue their ill-conceived managing of the economy. It’s not ill-conceived because they are managing it the wrong way. It’s ill-conceived because of their belief that the economy can actually be managed by politicians in the first place.
